800 VA - 5 kVA Compatible with lithium-ion batteries
Two AC outputs The main output ensures uninterrupted operation. In the event of a power failure or an interruption of the shore/generator power, the MultiPlus takes over the supply of the connected consumers. The switchover happens so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that uninterrupted operation of computers and other electronic devices is guaranteed. The second output only supplies power when AC power is available at one of the MultiPlus's inputs. Loads that must not discharge the battery, such as a water heater, can be connected to this output (a second output is available on models rated at 3 kVA and above).
Virtually unlimited power through parallel connection Up to six Multis can be connected in parallel if high power requirements are required. For example, with six 24/5000/120 units this results in 25kW/30kVA output power with 720 A charging capacity.
Three phase operation Apart from parallel connection, three units of the same model can also be configured for a three-phase output. But that's not all: up to six sets of three units can be connected in parallel to achieve a huge 75 kW / 90 kVA inverter and over 2,000 A charging capacity.
PowerControl – Working with limited generator power, limited shore or mains power The MultiPlus is a very powerful battery charger. Therefore, it draws a lot of current from the generator or the shore power supply (almost 10A per 5kVA Multi at 230 VAC). With the Multi Control remote control panel, the maximum The MultiPlus then takes into account other connected AC consumers and only uses the power that is “left over” for charging. This prevents the generator or the shore power connection is overloaded.
PowerAssist – “performance enhancement” of generators and shore connection support This function gives the PowerControl principle a new dimension. It enables the MultiPlus to support alternative sources that are too weak. Load peaks often only occur for a limited period of time. In such a case, the MultiPlus ensures that insufficient shore power or generator power is immediately compensated for by energy from the battery. If the load is reduced, ie consumers are switched off, the energy that is then available again can be used to charge the batteries.
Solar power: alternating current even in the event of a power failure The MultiPlus can be used in both off-grid and grid-connected PV systems as well as other alternative energy systems. Software is available to detect a power failure.
