Ready for Bluetooth Smart The Blue Smart IP67 charger is the wireless solution for monitoring voltage and current, adjusting settings and updatingthe charger when new features are available.The functionality of the IP67 charger is further expanded with Bluetooth and is therefore roughly equivalent to that of our IP22 and IP65 chargers.
Fully encased: waterproof, shockproof and fire retardant. Water, oil or dirt cannot damage the Blue Smart IP67 charger. The housing is made of cast aluminum and the electronicsare coated with resin.

Setting a new industry standard: With an efficiency of at least 92% or more, these chargers produce three to four times lessheat.Additionally, after the battery is fully charged, power consumption drops to less than one watt, which is about five to ten timesbetter than the industry standard.
Adaptive 5-stage charging algorithm: "Bulk" (constant current phase) - "Absorption" (constant voltage phase) - "Recondition"(regeneration phase), - "Float" (charge maintenance voltage phase) - "Storage" (storage mode) The Blue Smart charger is characterized by its microprocessor-controlled, “adaptive” battery management. “Adaptive” means thatthe charging process is automatically adapted to the type of battery use.
Storage mode: Less maintenance and aging when the battery is idle. Storage mode is activated whenever no discharge has occurred within 24 hours. In storage mode, thefloat charge voltage is then reduced to 2.2 V/cell (13.2 V for a 24 V battery) tominimize gassing and corrosion of the positive plates. Once a week, the voltage is increased to the level of the gassing voltage. Thiscreates a type of equalization charge that prevents electrolyte stratification and sulfation - the two main causes ofpremature battery failure.

Recovery function for fully discharged batteries Will initiate charging even if the battery has been discharged to zero volts.Reconnects a fully discharged lithium-ion battery with built-in disconnect function.
Overheating protection Can be used in a hot environment such as an engine room. The output current will be reduced when the temperaturerises up to 60°C, but the charger will not fail.
